1. Sale:
The height of our commission:
- from 49.999,- EUR is 5 % of the price demanded by the seller, but a minimum of 2000 EUR,
- from 50 000,- EUR to 99.999 EUR is 4 % of the price demanded by the seller,
- od 100.000,- EUR to 499.999 EUR is 3,5 % of the price demanded by the seller,
- over 500.000,- EUR is 3 % of the price demanded by the seller.
Fee includes:
– acts connected with finding the buyer (advertisement, visual inspections of the immovable, negotiations with the buyer, etc.),
– preparation of contracts (contract about the future contract, contract of sale),
– contact with authorities, land registry,
– payment of basic charge for the land register (100 EUR), payments connected with signature attestation of the seller,
– complete service connected with sale of immovable,
– assistance and consultancy by handling – over of the immovable.
2. Lease:
Our commission is at the height of 1 – month’s – rent. Fee includes:
– acts connected with finding the tenant (advertisement, visual inspections of the immovable, negotiations with the tenant, etc.),
– preparation of lease contract,
– payments connected with signature attestation if necessary,
– assistance and consultancy by handling – over of the immovable.
We are non-VAT payer.
